Two weeks ago we had an exclusive early
report that Sony is preparing an
October 28th release of
Good Times - The Complete Series on DVD, combining all 6 seasons of the show onto 17 discs, for $59.95 SRP. This morning the studio officially announced the release, confirming all of the info from our previous story. They also provided new details on specs, showing the video will continue to be full frame, with audio in English mono and subtitles in English, French and Spanish. It's also closed captioned for the hearing impaired. We had a small look at the front cover last time. Now Sony's sell sheet (see bottom) shows off the full-sized package art, and it reveals that there's been a coloring change:
